Modeling techniques which will enhance the MID

There are so many application possibilities using the MID technique, for in-flight or static ground dioramas; for instance:

(1) in-flight with a KC-10 refueling a B-52,
(2) two or three HALO jumpers off the ramp of a C-130,
(3) a C-130/C-141/C-17 doing a LAPES with the vehicle & parachute just clearing the ramp,
(4) an in-flight Avenger with his torpedo halfway between him and the water,
(5) a burning fighter with the pilot and canopy just above the fuselage after having ejected,
(6) a pilot's soul ascending into the afterlife from his downed aircraft,
(7) a Red Bull air racer about to go between the pylons,
(8) an F-14 about to snag the cable on an aircraft carrier,
(9) the Space Shuttle in orbit,
(10) a diorama hillside leading down to a river that butts against the mirror with a half bridge against the mirror also; people standing on the bridge looking at a Barn Stormer inverted passing under the bridge,
(11) Captain Sully's A320 about to splash-down in the Hudson.

The applications are only limited by your imagination and are GUARANTEED to stop the judges in their tracks at the model shows! Even subjects that are not aviation related can be used to good affect, such as an Unlimited Super Cross biker caught in mid-jump!
